The staff were polite and friendly. Clean room with hot water. No frills but comfortable. Good location. Good value for money. Excellent proximity to attractions. WiFi worked great. Lots of hot water.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, within easy reach of local attractions. the room is clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. the price is reasonable for the location.

We had a great stay here in the center of Puebla. The location was perfect, just a block away from the main square and surrounded by shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated that they spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. We also enjoyed the amenities like the terrace and the TV in the room. it was a pleasant experience.
We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. The location and the wifi were great, and we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything. It's just a short walk from the city center and there are plenty of shops in the area. The hotel also offers secure parking which was a great convenience for me. Additionally, the staff was polite, friendly, and spoke very good English.

The room had a TV and hot water in the bathroom, which was nice. Plus, the hotel was located in the center of the city, just a few blocks away from the main plaza. the parking was included in the price, which was helpful.
The breakfast was not good at all, just a cup of plain coffee with toast, and we had trouble finding a space to sit since there were only three tables for thirty rooms. the bedding could have been better, as the pillowcases and duvets seemed old and worn out.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as we were just a few blocks from the main square and several shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. We also enjoyed the complimentary parking and breakfast, which gave us a great start to each day of our vacation.
